Hi. I'm Marta, owner and psychotherapist for Evans Family Counselling and Psychotherapy (EFCP).
The medical model of mental health is failing many of us. It prioritizes symptom management over deeper healing, leaving people without meaningful support.
At EFCP, we take a different approach - helping you connect symptoms to their root causes to build self-awareness and resilience. Our team of three experienced therapists offers in-person therapy in west Hamilton, virtual therapy across Ontario, and walk-in-nature sessions.
