Payment Policy
At Evans Family Counselling & Psychotherapy (EFCP), we are committed to providing a welcoming and supportive space for our clients, whether in-person or online.
Payment is due at the time of your session. As a small practice, we prefer payments via e-transfer to marta@evanscounselling.ca. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
For e-transfer payments, please send the full amount just prior to your appointment. If payment is not received by the end of the business day, the credit card on file will be charged.
Once payment is received, we will email you a receipt for your records.
