Now accepting new clients for in person, virtual, & nature-based therapy appointments
One of the downfalls of our modern society is the erosion of community partially due to our western focus on individualism. The mental health industry is built upon individual therapy, and while this kind of therapeutic relationship can be healing it also means that therapy remains a privilege that many people can't access.
Humans are relational. We need authentic relationships and supports to thrive. As we rely more and more on technology as a "normal" part of our world, we often don't recognize what we are losing with a diminished face to face, heart to heart connection with others.
At EFCP we believe in the power of gathering in groups as part of your healing. We hope that you will explore our group offerings and come join us in a group program.
