Consultation is about more than problem-solving - it’s about building confidence, clarity, and connection in the work we do as helpers.

• 10+ years of advanced trauma-specific training, including EMDR, IFS Level 1, 2, & 3, somatic IFS; and learning directly from leaders such as Gabor Maté, Janina Fisher, Bessel van der Kolk, Richard Schwartz, and Frank Anderson
   
• Extensive clinical experience supporting adult survivors of developmental and relational trauma, including narcissistic abuse
   
• Expertise in working with first responders and professionals through WSIB’s community mental health program
   
• Direct experience with mandatory reporting scenarios and providing professional/legal consultation to RPs

In addition to individual consultation, I offer group consultation for practices and clinics, with a focus on trauma-informed care and introducing IFS/parts work to clients in accessible, meaningful ways.
