Now accepting new clients for in person, virtual, & nature-based therapy appointments
We are a passionate team of experienced therapists, dedicated to empowering you to become your best self and lead a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling.
Anxiety, grief, depression, trauma, relationships, identity, self-worth, stress, life transitions.
Whatever you're facing, we're here to help you move through it.
Let's start with a free 20-minute call. We'll discuss what you're facing and see if we're the right fit. Together, we'll explore your concerns and how we can help.
We know reaching out can be nerve-wracking, so we'll make this first step as comfortable as possible.
At the core of EFCP, we want to invite you on a journey of self-discovery that leads to healing. And you can only do that by exploring your inner world.
The emotions that you experience, the activation that you feel, the thoughts that you have, the behaviours that you find yourself doing ... all of these can lead you to an inner path that is waiting to be navigated. And we'll help you to do that.
Evans Family Counselling and Psychotherapy acknowledges and gives thanks to the land on which we live and work, and to the people who have cared for it. We are situated upon the traditional territories of the Erie, Neutral, Huron-Wendat, Haudenosaunee and Mississaugas. Today, the city of Hamilton is home to many Indigenous people from across Turtle Island and we recognize that we must do more to learn about the rich history of this land so that we can better understand our roles as residents, neighbours, partners, and caretakers.
